Last week I captured a photos of this Bald Eagle near my home in Burke, VA. I was able to track down information on this eagle based on its band. It was banded as a chick in its nest in May 2017 as part of NPS contaminants study on the Naval Surface Warfare Center along the Potomac River in Maryland
