For my Carnival cruisers that also like to eat healthy, this is a great option on some ships. For lunch every day, they have a great salad bar on the adults-only Serenity deck. Here are the menus and the list of ships that have the lunchtime salad bar up there. It's making me hungry! How about you?

I spent a little more quality time in my art studio today. I made a print using magnolia leaves from my yard as stamps. The detail of the leaf didn't come out as well as I would've liked on the print, but I just loved the patterns left behind on the leaves. #mixedmedia #monoprinting

Another day in my backyard art studio. I bought a cheap knockoff gel plate which was impossible to print with. I had an idea to try to make it work, and I am pretty happy with the results. I drew the fish and lily pads a while back and digitally collaged them onto the print.

A heron in the gorgeous gardens of Keukenhof, near Leiden in the Netherlands. This is an amazing place to visit during the few months in the spring that it is open. I can help you time your European ocean or river cruise to visit this wonderful place.

So, here's something annoying. Facebook won't let me post my watermarked images, giving me a "we couldn't post this" error. But if I screenshot the image and then post it, it's OK. It's still copyrighted, though. It is getting old having to come up with workarounds for everything.
