I’m doing a reading today right before our town’s No Kings. There will either be crickets or a big crowd. Either way, I’m good if everyone has their eyes trained on the protest. Even if one of my poems wishes scabs on the scrotum of the oppressor. 🤍

I’ve never been much of a letter reader, but these Darwin letters are strangely delightful to me. I’m just at the beginning. He’s still 17 or 18 and doesn’t yet know what he wants to do with his life.
