The thing that makes me so upset is not that there weren’t clearly issues within the Democratic Party, but that the people being anti-Harris or uncommitted in my life were the same people least invested in actually doing something about it! (The ppl fighting in a meaningful way were promoting her!)

Got some second hand makeup to test. The Vieve foundation was one that I was really excited to try. Unfortunately I found it super drying and overall unflattering. Will try it again but disappointed so far!

It’s still early on, but I feel like I have to give myself some amount of credit for coming up with plans of action both on a community level and on a personal level to keep myself functioning, but like the mood swings are swinging. 🙃

I definitely think all socials are gonna end up contaminated by the propaganda at best and fully censored at worst, but until that happens, I’m here and want to do everything in my power to be part of the resistance.

I am a slow adapter to new platforms (nothing to do with age I’ve just always been like that!) but I’m going to try my best. Been really leaning on my community on IG but I hate Meta so even though it’s tough, I’m gonna try to build a community here instead!
