its very odd to me that if i re-write a passage of Running on Gasoline without referencing the original for a few minutes, when I do look back to reference it, sometimes I've written nearly identical events and lines, and character reactions.

i made my username really recognizable so i could just look it up to get to my own fics w/o signing in and found a reddit thread where someone said gasoline was their first fic and holds a special place in their heart i will cry before my shift 😭
