update: WATERFRONT METRO SHOOTING--- 399 M St SW. Preliminary reports suggest that a group of teens were robbing another youth when that "victim" fired and hit a woman in the shoulder. The teens all fled the scene. Police are still piecing this together. #WMATA #DCCrime
