Interesting, in none of the election reporting can I find the @washingtonpost.com to be covering the huge shift in the VA House of Delegates. You can look up the results of each seat, but even the intro to their page on these delegate elections is still the pre-election summary.

Interestingly, in Loper Bright vs Raimondo, the conservative majority on SCOTUS ruled just last year that the judiciary can in fact overrule regulatory decisions made by the executive branch especially when those decisions are not specified by Congress.
