Horrifying. Predatory AI technology is already harming young people by putting their safety and well-being at risk.

Invest in teachers. Invest in humans. Stop with the cheap, unregulated tech.

Clearing encampments and throwing people in jail does NOTHING to actually get Americans off the streets.

Homelessness is not a personal failure, it’s a policy failure. Congress must pass my Housing Not Handcuffs Act with @frost.house.gov.

A New Study Proves Criminalizing Homelessness Doesn’t Reduce Homelessness
"The deterrence logic doesn’t hold": A recent analysis finds that encampments bans and other local ordinances aimed at unhoused populations don't actually lead to decreased homelessness.

My Democratic colleagues and I just left the state of Texas to break quorum and stop Trump’s redistricting power grab.

Trump is trying to rig the midterm elections right before our eyes. But first he’ll have to come through us.

It’s time to fight back.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

Political fundraising groups have funneled millions of dollars into ads for the Boston mayoral contest, setting the stage for the most expensive — and perhaps, most contentious — election for the city in recent memory.

Shoutout @act-on-mass.bsky.social and everyone who advocated for more transparency from our state government. We deserve to know how our elected officials vote in committee. We, the people who put these officials in their seats, must continue to hold them accountable. Now, let’s pass some bills.

The Legislature has long been criticized for operating with a level of opacity that keeps residents from knowing what's really going on at the State House.

We must speak out against a federal administration who is putting the health and well-being of Americans at risk in order to further their conspiracy-filled agenda.
“This decision is unprecedented, unwarranted, and extremely problematic.” Dr. Bisola Ojikutu, Commissioner of Public Health for @boston.gov, shares with @nbcboston.com.

If these billionaires truly wanted to serve their communities instead of their personal interests, I’m sure plenty of local orgs could use that $2M to help families and residents across Boston.

The only way to solve Boston’s traffic is to get cars off the road.

Encouraging mode shift by getting some people out of their cars and onto public transit or walk/bike as able is the best way to do that.

Anything else is just hollow political rhetoric.
