When I say "presumptively illegal" I mean it literally: the 2023 merger guidelines set markers for structural presumptions, and a WB-Paramount tie-up would breach them.

From me: Trump is trying to bully Warner Bros. Discovery into accepting a merger bid from the MAGA-fied Paramount. There's a problem for him though: any state Attorney General can sue to block such a deal, which under current law is presumptively illegal.

One can debate between music streaming platforms; Spotify is the worst imo. But what really annoys me are all the podcasts now advertising their work in Spotify as if their aren’t 100 ways to diffuse podcasts. There literally is no justifying that, podcasters. Sorry.

I've waited to see the #TourdeFrance arrive in Paris many times, and even with a big rain storm, it was by far the best. Climbing Montmartre proved my favorite moment of the Olympics wasn't a fluke. It spread the crowds out, it was joyous, and it was a proper race! Sorry sprinters 👋 #TdF2025
