What is the point of the John Stones role tonight, every time he gets the ball in midfield, he passes it back. Foden should be central, Gundo and Kovacic shouldn’t be playing.

Foden terrible tonight too and I’m his biggest fan. Rico Lewis never a City player and Ederson is turning into just a liability.

No real positives tonight I’m afraid, a mid table side went toe to toe with us and exposed all of our frailties. Only KDB and Ake performed tonight to a high level, Nunes did ok, but Foden can do much better, despite his goals.

Not sure about if the news of his marriage is true, but Pep looks shattered, should the club do the kind and sensible thing and let him go at the end of the season and start afresh. I adore the man, but do we really see him building a new team?

We used to be so decisive in the transfer market, all the top brass resting on their laurels and backslapping each other has put us in this mess.

Doubt we’ll see McAtee for a while now, I can see Pep holding him accountable for that miss. However we need to be talking about the decision making and greed of Savinho tonight.

Gundo and KDB can’t continue to play for us, Ilkay’s legs have gone and seems to be being targeted by opposition coaches as a weak link, Kev’s injuries have caught up with him and he looks incapable of doing 90 mins anymore.He also seems to be shying away from 50/50’s where once he was all over them
