Man vote by mail is fucking great. I mean I am happy for those of you who get to feel patriotic by standing in line, but just being able to drop my ballot off at conveniently placed ballot box one my way home from work is the best. You pry vote by mail from my cold dead hands.

I am just going to throw this out there, 4200 dollars a year is like 80 dollars a week for food. For context, a dozen eggs is like 9 dollars, a loaf of bread is 4, a gallon of milk is like 6. A lb of ground beef is around 9. 80 dollars is not a luxury amount of money to spend on groceries.

Huh... Their is a strait up political debate happening on the bus on my way home from work. The general consensus seems to be people would really like to not wake up each morning wondering what new fire trump and the corrupt Gop congress members have caused now.

Whelp we have hit that point where you do in fact have to throw out the beauty blender sponge, because no matter how good a soldier it was, no amount of washing it fixes how gross it is. As a reminder: in theory they are only good for three months....

So everyone has a toxic trait or two that you own and are like I should be better than this. One of mine is absolutely wearing too much perfume, because when I find a scent I like, I want to drown in it. I don't know who came up with this marketing idea of scent spaces, but Jesus I feel really seen.

The world is stressful and scary, but it is made just a little bit lighter and better by the sheer purity of baseball fans hating on the Yankees, and taking joy in the blue Jay's win.

Home made english muffins this morning turned out great (although I maybe went a little too dark on a few of them)! They made a great egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I forgot how tender and moist English muffins can be when they are home made.

Adapting king arthurs kardemummabullar recipe to have a blueberry rather than cinnamon filling. You can definitely tell which rolls where shaped first and which where shaped last. Turns out there is an art to twisting with out blueberry filling going everywhere. Now we wait for them to proof.
