This character is Zenobia and she is a dragon! She belongs to isang90! In this portrait she's facing to the right and you can only see one half of her face. She wears long ear cuffs that cover the entire upper portion, with chains hanging from the bottom half. Her shirt is sleeveless but high necked, so you can only see the feathered parts of her shoulder. Her horns are a dark gray with gold embellishments. Her expression here is focused but relaxed. Most her outfit that would otherwise be visible is hidden by her long silver hair.

I remember drawing leaves when i started doing color pencil art, so as a warmup before anything else, i drew a leaf character from a series i watch, in her default pose hah
Too bad the paper i used was the wrong one so i couldn't color properly...
