Volunteering to coach youth baseball can be in intense. Time is the biggest commitment, but being on the field is only part of that. Take the extra time to be prepared for practises and games. A little extra goes a long way for everyone to enjoy the game we all love!

Toronto Blue Jays infielder Ernie Clement led all of Major League Baseball in dWAR (2.9) and Defensive Runs Saved (22).
Yet, we live in a world where he was NOT rewarded with a Gold Glove.
I try to keep my mouth shut about awards voting, but this really bothers me.

Toronto Blue Jays infielder Ernie Clement led all of Major League Baseball in dWAR (2.9) and Defensive Runs Saved (22).
