College Baseball (esp. OSU BEAVERS). America improves w Inclusion & Diversity. We need more John Lewis’s & fewer Mike Johnson’s. Roberto Clemente was “The Great One”. I happen to love Oregon.
The only guaranteed way to achieve the goals of the loyal American #DoNotCave coalition is to reach a majority D Congress w a D Prez. None of that exists at present. It’s a shitty hand to be dealt, but the fact is Trump/Thune/Johnson are in positions of power. Voters can change that. But not today

I heard that “A statewide caravan” as part of the recall Gov. Kotek movement (from “counties across Oregon”) would meet Oct 18 at the Oregon State Capitol.

1958 (2nd Grade) I learned that Oregon has 36 Counties & I also ‘learnt’ me some ‘rithmetic.

Sounds like about 3 people per county showed up.

Good article... it seems like Tyler Robinson was moving away from MAGA and disagreed with Kirk...

...but... a LOT of other evidence suggests that he was something that still fits into the right while also embracing trans rights.

The Groyper thing.

Photo shows a man whose ancestors were many decades away from having a say in what America is.
Wherever I have encountered the shocking photo of "Poor Peter" Gordon in a museum or a former plantation that describes the real lives of slaves, I have known that institution was not afraid of the truth, and that we cannot look away. The Trump administration is trying to airbrush important history.
National park to remove photo of enslaved man’s scars
The Trump administration is ordering the removal of information on slavery at multiple national parks in an effort to scrub them of “corrosive ideology.”

Stripping the Endangered Species Act of its current logical definition of “harm” flies in the face of biological principals. Habitat is critical to health and perpetuation of populations.

He killed it, and as a result, pulitzer prize editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes quit.

Make sure everyone sees this cartoon.

I’m way out here in the PNW…but my thoughts are in far away Pittsburgh this afternoon.
After yesterday’s depraved rally in MSG, during which Puerto Rico was slandered, I’m left wondering: “WWRCD”? (What Would Roberto Clemente Do?).

No Nose Hold = Kamala Harris vote.
In a bizarro-universe if I were forced to vote for Trump in order to, for example, rescue my loved ones from certain death, It Would Take take a world-class hold on the: Nose, Cerebellum, Anus, Olfactory system, and every other human faculty to carry it out.

The Colorado Sun reporting on Trump's visit to Aurora is really fantastic. A great example of calling out and rebutting his lies.
Donald Trump, exaggerating about crime in Aurora, calls for unauthorized immigrants who kill U.S. citizens to get death penalty
The former president is unlikely to win in Colorado, but used the state as a prop to attack Democrats on immigration. He also aired grievances about the Colorado effort to prevent him from appearing o...

You can't make this up. Trump's bibles were made in China and he's selling them at a 1900% markup. apnews.com/article/trum...
Trump has long blasted China's trade practices. His 'God Bless the USA' Bibles were printed there
Global trade records show a printing company in China’s eastern city of Hangzhou shipped close to 120,000 of the Bibles to the United States between early February and late March.
