My little man loves to rumble in the snow. The princess, less so.

Liquid-cooled cables and a pre-warmed battery bank make for a pretty fast charge rate.

Last night I used a nearby FREE level 2 charger to put 300 miles of range on the car. The Amazon truck arrived shortly after me... I wish I would have asked him if they expect drivers to take their breaks at public chargers.

Have you ever wondered what it's like to own a non-Tesla EV that is fully reliant on public charging? Follow along as I explore charging options for the Chevy Equinox EV along the eastern shore of Lake michigan. My first 250 mi charge came from a Chargepoint dispenser in front of a grocery store.

I’m a gun owner, and I respect the rights of responsible gun owners. That said, the second amendment will continue to be watered with the blood of children until the laws change.

This coat has a fold down faux fur collar and back leg straps. It keeps him quite warm. We're working up to him wearing boots.

Having another turkey sandwich while contemplating how long these leftovers are good for and if the clock resets if I make it into soup. Does it work that way? I don't know if it works that way.

Cyclists who deny the need for safe cycling infrastructure are a problem and deserve your criticism.

Cyclists choosing to ride ebikes or wear lycra are doing so for their own reasons, are not inherently to your detriment, are often on your side, and those choices are none of your business.

The IRA has created massive investment in building out the domestic supply chain for solar. I worry that Trump will dismantle it out of pettiness, but I think there's enough Republican support on the hill that they will want to take credit for the success thus far and the benefits going forward.

I did not expect leather working to occupy my day off, but the basket case bike saddle is coming along and so is winter, so I better get my boots ready.

A memory from 12 years ago.... We had a funding deadline, snow was falling, and the sun was setting... so we rented every light trailer we could find and finished the lift. That was a wild night.
