One of my companies informed me they cancelled a $2m conference in Florida. Why ?

They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses.

That’s a city that lost a ton of tourism revenue.

The cost of tariffs isn’t just the cost of the tariff

Trump's a masterclass con-man & expert manipulator. Just ask Mary Trump & Michael Cohen.

Ketamine aside, Musk can't read a room to save his life. He's not wired for it.

Musk is Trump's useful idiot today. Tomorrow he'll get kicked to the curb & sidelined, just like Mike the Pillow guy.

Vance’s culture-war tirade against the Europeans was not only pointlessly confrontational and ill-informed; it was also delivered at a moment when lectures on democracy from America have inevitable “Physician, heal thyself” overtones. ICYMI @cathyyoung63.bsky.social:

Many people think of foreign aid primarily as charity for people living in poverty, but part of the rationale has always been economic development, and support for free markets has played a growing role since at least the 1980s.
