I am not a screenwriter but as someone who has been learning, #slugline for writing is what #FCP is to editing.

The writing exp is flawless, you forget about the tech, every formatting option has shortcuts and the UI is insanely minimal.

bluesky is nice but threads nailed the UI and that’s only thing that satiates my hunger for the simplicity of old twitter.

My new free Final Cut Pro plugin is ‘Alex4D Transform’ - adds on-screen controls to a clip, so you can
- Scale in 2D
- Position in 3D space
- Rotate in 3D space

Apple has an amazing user guide for #FinalCutPro11 on their website.
If they just turn this into a nicely shot video series with industry professionals, majority of the confusion and misunderstandings about the software can be cleared out immediately.

The users seem to be underwhelmed with #FCP11 and I understand, but blackmagic has raised the bar with the updates because they want resolve to be a one stop shop solution.
Fcp still a cutting tool first and a cutting tool only imo.
Looking forward to a new era of final cut regardless!
