Sent my MS off to a few beta readers for feedback. I was terrified. But their notes are starting to come back, and ohmygosh, I needed this. Feels so good to be doing this again.

My 10 yo this morning 5 minutes after he'd been woken for school. I was *this close* to calling him out of school and me out of work to snuggle all day.

- Dry Cleaners staffer (I took the clothes in and pinned them all, is there really a job title for this?)

Tiptoeing back into the querying world. It was terrifying the first time I did it, but it somehow feels soooo much scarier now that I've been in an author-agent relationship before. Do second chance happy endings happen for us "older" writers?
