🐟 Concerning news that the most architecturally distinguished fish & chip shop in Britain, Oakwood Fisheries in Leeds (1938), closed in July after 85 years, with the owner citing ‘circumstances beyond his control’. Though Grade II listed, we hope this doesn't mark the end of its days as a chippie.
