No clue why NYC didn’t make this a permanent pedestrian plaza.

in nyc, the consensus on carnitas has been good luck. that's why, for a few months one year, i trekked to el atoradero every other weekend, just for them. but, recently, a bunch of specialists have opened, cooking their pork in the cazo... it's a carnitas boom www.grubstreet.com/article/wher...
