I urge folks to read the lawsuit. It is a laughable political screed. Filed in Amarillo of course.
Bribing someone at their standard rate is still a bribe.
Some of Paramount's directors are worried that settling giving President Trump $15 million to settle his lawsuit and maybe smooth the way to his administration's approval of their merger could expose them to criminal liability for bribing a public official.
