Three years later after the events of the first comic, Cass has gained a good 20-ish pounds, but she's still pretty as ever. Also, humans have gone extinct, which is kind of important. It turns out that the last human on Earth was Holden Menard, the awful bigoted redneck that wanted to shoot and kill Cass three years earlier. A news report reveals that Holden had drunkenly crashed his lifted pickup into a bunch of porta-potties and a dumpster--perhaps a fitting end for humanity. Cass convinces her nerdy mouse friend, Melvin, to go outside with her and experience a world without humans, as the anthros and robots have just inherited the Earth. In the second half of the comic, Cass and Melvin are visibly distraught upon seeing the state of the planet, exemplified via a horrendous conglomeration of cheap restaurants, vape shops, gas stations, and a toilet warehouse. The pair express their disgust at the concrete retail nightmare before them. So many vistas!

A caption states that the sensation of the shrimp crawling under skin is quite pleasurable. The shrimp enter her bloodstream, which enables her to achieve self-actualization; Maslow's famous pyramid is crudely depicted. The background is a terrible image of a terrible man consuming sausage because people on the internet paid him to do so; he is tangentially connected to the horrendous house that the two women had invaded in the first half of the comic. Below the comic proper, the copyright information encourages the reader to draw lewd imagery of Noir and Svetta.
