Worse yet, most of this CEQA litigation had little to do with the environment. A huge share of it focuses on infill housing, infill jobs and schools, transit expansions and bicycle lanes, etc. All stuff we know to be unambiguously good for the environment.

If you think we shouldn’t be blanket applying historic preservation to parking garages and the burned out husk of 659 Union, tell the commission!
