What are Las Vegas odds that the videos of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th strike are in the same place as the missing portion of the Epstein “suicide” video?

Walked my 2 grandkids home from school. They’re getting so big. Carved pumpkins and had a nice dinner. A few hours of joy in this horrific world we’re living in. Now I’m home trying not to cry.

My grandchildren will never see the East Wing. That’s the bottom line for me.

Spent a wonderful day with my beautiful wife on her 76th birthday. Nice long walk in the Laguna near our home. 7 year old granddaughter’s soccer game. Many Moons Festival (Asian festival) at Ives Park followed up with dinner at a Japanese restaurant in the Barlow. So much gratitude.

A Black man and a homeless man were found hanging from trees in Mississippi yesterday, for those who haven’t seen yet because it’s barely made it out of local news.

Took a walk in the Laguna near our home this morning. Got my 10,000 steps and strolled through our favorite tunnel of love. So grateful to have acres of beauty just a 10 minute walk from our back door. Celebrated 57 years of marriage last week. Oh what a lucky man I am.

Lawmakers call for more security because of all of the death threats they receive. Fk you. Rid our country of guns and gun worshippers. Imagine yourself being a 6 year old kid afraid of being shot everyday as they get ready for school. Or their parents who live in fear everyday.

Charlie Kirk spent his life‘s work and all of his energy and time targeting out-groups while arguing for a world in which gun massacres would be easy to enact, plentiful, and inevitable, and he became famous and wealthy doing it, and we’re now not supposed to mention that because it’s not polite.

Perhaps Newsom should have a cadre of LAPD at his next press conference to protect him from ICE.

There have been at least 217 mass shootings in the USA as of 7/31/25. That’s 31 per month. More one per day. So let’s arrest the homeless in Washington DC.

Latest inflation data just arrived came in right at the consensus forecast. Headline inflation of 0.2% in the month, running at 2.7% over the year. Core rose 0.3% in July, and 3.1% over the year.

For two years inflation was declining toward the Fed's target. That seems to be over.
