I feel like some forget that those who do staff at cons are all voluntary, don't get paid at all, and do this for the love of the fandom and want to keep conventions continue for years. Without them there would be no cons at all to make them happen
“Cons routinely claim harassment when they’re receiving accountability” OR people who volunteer their time to help the community are being harassed to the point of a mental break because the general mass act like piranhas when actual bureaucratic steps for change don’t happen overnight.
