Ryan Grim: I think the posse will find a lot useful there.

Steve Bannon: You’re an intrepid reporter, sir, and a voice of truth. Sometimes people love it and sometimes people love it less, but you’re you’re a warrior.

Grim: No doubt about it.

Bannon: Let's welcome on Raw Egg Nationalist!

Even though this was an abysmal failure, a ton of “GDP” was created by wasting this money

A teachable lesson in how the Fed and Republican elites rig the economy to only be able to show growth and never show any hint of a decline.

It’s a scam
Mark Zuckerberg’s gamble on the "Metaverse" has lost his company more than $77 billion.

Lol that right wing propaganda slop shitstack “The Argument” has been praising Mississippi as the best state for education in America and one of the most progressive
Y'all, I was in Mississippi today for my nephews J-State graduation and got this when I opened Blue Sky

Notice how the Dems are always on defense and always reacting and never pushing any vision or agenda?

That’s the sign of a lack of leadership and lack of vision from Jeffries, Schumer, and Ken Martin

We need leaders who give a shit and these 3 are unfit to lead

Anyone who is cheering 39.4% as some sort of a win is delusional

Despite everything seen so far, 40% of the country is still going to vote for Trump and Republicans in 2026 & 2028

Meaning they only need 10% or so of low info voters (aka the Joe Rogan audience) to win a landslide in 2028
Our latest polling averages over at 50+1 show Trump hitting a new low in his job approval rating (39.4% among adults) and Dems meeting their previous high in the generic ballot (+4.4) fiftyplusone.news/latest-polls

This is the baseline ideology of the “mainstream” Republicans who Democrat consultants demand Democrat candidates to pivot to the right to attract

Do these “mainstream” Republicans seem like they would ever vote for a Democrat?
Oh this poll is fascinating

The most important line in a solid piece by @iandunt.bsky.social

"And yet for all its flaws, Bluesky offers something which is becoming vanishingly rare in the modern world: a vision of life without the algorithm. What I see is what I have chosen to see. We own our own destiny on Bluesky."
Thank God for Bluesky

I forgot The Argument was still a thing

Who wants to read a publication mostly dedicated to tired “bothsidesism” screeds with the occasional laundering of bogus examples of the far right allegedly being correct on something (right now it’s education 🙄)

Dems win a landslide November elections running on progressive policy and then immediately after the wins, cave on the shutdown, and start to spew right wing propaganda and support right wing oligarchs developing AI

This is what being addicted to losing looks like
At a Center for American Progress event, Sen. @captmarkkelly.bsky.social says US "needs AI to be successful, not only for the promises that we could get out it and the technology we could get out of it, we also need it to be successful because of the amount of money that's already invested in it."

This is the problem for Dems

Republicans just act and do things every day and Democrats are always on the defensive

Dems end up in retreat either hiding under their desks and/or praising Republicans

It’s loserdom across the board right now in the Democratic party
Sean Duffy on slashing fuel economy standards: "This rule will actually allow you to bring back the 1970s station wagon. Maybe a little wood paneling on the side. We can bring back choice to consumers."

What will Democrat leadership praise Trump for today?

The ballroom? Or the boat strikes in the Caribbean?

Dem leadership going full Garland 2.0 and have lost ALL momentum from the November landslide wins

No one has any courage in Dem leadership

The NYT is the vanguard of fascism and is part of the MAGA propaganda organs, particularly the OpEd pages which relentlessly launder right wing lies and dehumanization

When I say the worst thing in the country is how the stock market is rigged by the Fed to only be able to go up and literally mathematically cannot ever correct, this is why I say it’s the worst thing in America right now

We don’t have a free market and as a result, we don’t have freedom

Imagine playing a casino game where the house guarantees you can’t lose. That is the US stock market right now. The Fed has effectively outlawed bear markets. There is no risk mechanism, no cleansing of zombie companies, just a permanent, artificial pump fueled by devaluing the currency

Hakeem Jeffries calling Trump’s pardon of Henry Cuellar the “right outcome” is an absolute disgrace. We are watching the Democratic leadership fold in real-time. He is Merrick Garland 2.0—feckless, weak, and terrified of a fight. Defending corruption to appease MAGA is pointless capitulation
Jeffries claims the charges against Cueller were "very thin" and says Trump's pardon was "exactly the right outcome"

We pegged Gallego as a right-wing stooge the moment he rubbed elbows with Marc Andreessen. He’s too busy catering to the billionaire VC class—who Biden bailed out after the SVB collapse—to realize they aren't his base. You’re selling out your voters for people who voted for Trump. Pathetic.
December 2, 2025 at 6:11 AM
The GOP is building a digital iron curtain. The Dems are complicit because they are scared of the media calling them "woke" and terrified of right-wing billionaire oligarchs closing the wallet. Cowardice meets authoritarianism. We see you selling us out
Congress is attempting to fast track KOSA and more than a dozen bills that would restrict internet access, censor speech and increase surveillance under the guise of protecting children.

Committee hearings begin tomorrow.
Lawmakers to consider 19 bills for childproofing the internet
KOSA is back, along with more than a dozen other bills that will erode free speech and privacy in the name of protecting kids.

The people that write these books are demonic sociopaths
Both of these were published in the last 14 months and are part of a larger right wing project designed to build the permission structure for Christians to embrace a selfish, cruel, and fascistic vision of Christianity by redefining one of the central teachings of the New Testament and Jesus Christ

Hakeem Jeffries is proving to be the legislative version of Merrick Garland: paralyzed by process and terrified of using power. Refusing to impeach a SecDef who jokes about war crimes because you're scared Fox News might call you "woke" isn't strategy—it's cowardice.
December 2, 2025 at 1:32 AM
It’s abundantly clear Jeffries is taking orders from the Republican billionaire donor class, not the voters who just delivered a massive rebuke to MAGA in November. Blocking Hegseth’s impeachment to keep things "quiet" for Wall Street while our institutions burn is disqualifying.
For some reason Democratic leaders seem to prefer telling voters what they won’t be able to do, rather than what they’d like to do.

If Hegseth ordered a war crime and lied about it, shouldn’t Ds try for impeachment? Put Rs on the spot. They might get a few defections.

Jeffries says not to expect Democrats to pursue Hegseth impeachment over boat strikes
"Republicans will never allow articles of impeachment to be brought to the floor," he said.
