My colleagues at @utoronto.ca have alerted us faculty to the list of predatory journals out there, and I was shocked at how big that list is 😳https://www.predatoryjournals.org/the-list/publishers . We've always had dodgy stuff in academia, but the industrial scale of this BS is unreal.
