The wheels fall off of and seals fall apart. Best Buy replaces it after they have it for weeks because they say it can be repaired- and it cannot. This week we got another new one and they gave us the wrong model with a teeny-tiny head so- another trip to the store for us. It's like 25% smaller! 😂

We have a spendy rechargeable Dyson with a local big box store replacement warranty. That thing starts breaking immediately and we replace it at least every year, we have gone through 4 or 5. We use our 25 year old plug in one until they give us a new one. Anyways- hard pass lol
