Anti-Black people in education piss me off. Especially when they present as Black people. Keep your self hate to yourself and stop impacting another generation of Black students. They will be excellent in spite of your behaviors.

You have to understand something…. 1 Black person IS too much diversity for some white people. Especially in spaces they never felt you belonged.

As a Black woman, I’ve ALWAYS had to prove I could adequately perform the job before I earned the promotion.
I’ve exceeded all the requirements and have been the last choice. I’ve exceeded the requirements and been told ‘I need you where you’re at’ (i .e. I don’t want to work with YOU). #MeritBased

It's breaking my heart that my ancestors & elders put themselves at risk, many even died, over decades to achieve the protections we are currently watching be dismantled within days.
My community too often suffers. Harm always comes to us 1st. We begged & were ignored. This was all avoidable.
