Hubby had a rough day yesterday. Had minor dental surgery but he will still need majour work. Im still dealing with a cranky body but everyone deserves a bit of comfort so I decided to make another apple pie. FYI my Local Friends, Swelaps Market has local orchard Amborosia apples for 88/lb

#GERD sucks!! I can ho weeks without a flare up & then out of the blue, BAM!! The heart burn has been relentless. Using Pepcid, Tums and Gaviscon with no relief. It could be coinciding with my #Lupus flare because that too has been causing issues with muscles, joints and sleep.
