I just did this and was able to report my disappointment. It may not do much on its own, but you better bet the sheer volume of complaints they’ve been getting all day is going to reach them. It does matter.

Their phone line is, obviously, pretty backed up. But I think it's worth registering your displeasure as a customer when a company just decides that work you've done over a decade is going to become completely inaccessible at their whim.
