I knew that Covid could take away your senses but becoming allergic to most foods is extra cruel. WEAR A MASK 😷
So I try not to give too many gory details about life with long covid, but I also think it’s important to give a clear picture of what can happen to anyone.
Over the last yearish, I’ve become allergic to more than 70 foods. Today I lost soy. I’m not how long I can keep eating at all.

I'm resisting info dumping on a post that could be a person's vent on a situation where they are already know this. But many do not...Long Covid comes with a risk of "Mast Cell Activation Syndrome"

Per the FEMA training I took 30 years ago, the one thing that best ensures your survival in a disaster is whether you made it out of the building with shoes on.
Everything else can just be scrap-wraps, but shoes are high-tech. Put them on first, then run.
