It's dawning on me that I have Masahiro Sakurai to thank for creating the Kirby franchise, and I also have Shinya Kumazaki to thank for creating my favorite Kirby game of all time (Super Star Ultra)
But as for modern-day Kirby games under Kumazaki's direction? Ehhhhhh...

I went to meet the 'Rockstar 31', the developers who were suddenly fired from their work on GTA 6 for what the studio has described as gross misconduct.
That's not what the workers call it though. They have another couple of words they prefer to use: union busting.

I went to meet the 'Rockstar 31', the developers who were suddenly fired from their work on GTA 6 for what the studio has described as gross misconduct.

- they still have problems with faces, eye directions are often a good tell
- if the light source is one colour but the light is another (eg: the window has a blue sky, but everything inside is red

We don’t use generative AI at Strange Scaffold and I can confirm that a *lot* of other studios are not—whether indie or AAA.
