Costco Canada has a 1.2kg bag of flax on sale this week for $7.99. Flax is a great substitute for eggs in baking. 1 tbsp flax + 3 tbsps water = 1 egg. This is a solid thing to have on hand should bird flu explode and eggs become scarce. Do with this what you will. Sharing because I'm caring :)
