Ok, y'all. Please give me your best at-home headache remedies. Nothing I'm doing or taking is actually fucking working. I've stretched and walked and done yoga, used my heat wrap and taken tons of allergy and pain related stuff. Nothing is helping. Bonus points if I have it in my house.
