Accidentally broke @maryton.bsky.social by casually announcing that I'd been reviewing some of our DH LibGuides and found out that Esri Story Maps is being retired this Fall 2025: www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis...
Finally finished this project: took my LOEX poster on hybrid workshops and transformed it into this little squirrel plush! The graphs on its torso were to represent in-person/online attendance stats, and the QR codes linked to resources on hybrid workshop design and examples.

Many struggle with writing alt text for charts and other other data visualizations. Amy Cesal's "Writing Alt Text for Data Visualization" hammers home the importance of explaining the chart type, the type of data, and the reason for the chart.
