It's probably an elegance thing. Christopher Lee said he never shot Dracula actually getting out of a coffin because it was such an awkward hassle to actually do. That was probably just as true in '31.

For pundits worrying about what we do with ICE, CBP etc thugs after we abolish their organizations, here’s a solution: mass prosecutions then sentence them to live in their own prisons. Same conditions as they’re offering innocent families right now. SOLVED.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.
If these mega-camps are utilized to the full capacity ICE intends, they'll be the largest prisons in the country, with little real oversight. www.ajc.com/politics/202...
