The house smells so good right now. Currently burbling away on the stove top are wannabe Louisiana red beans. Andouille sausage has been cooked. Fat was used to cook the mirepoix (onion, celery, green pepper). Rice is on the back burner.

1. If they do, this gets kicked back over to the House, which has to vote on it again since it would differ from their own version...which I think only runs thru 11/21?
