Why not #tariff foreign labor? We're a service-based economy where companies increasingly outsource knowledge work to other countries. Tariff the outsourcing to make hiring Americans more attractive

In case you didn't know why this is the case, for this admin to cut taxes for the wealthy, it requires sourcing govt cashflow from somewhere else. They can get that cashflow through an import tax (tariff) which is transferred straight to consumers.

If they want to run this country like a business, then they should give big salaries to people who have the largest impact— teachers, for example.

If Trump thinks #tariffs will bring back manufacturing by making foreign-made goods too expensive for Americans, he should have rolled them out at 1% per month instead of all at once. At least then you'd give businesses *some* time to adjust and not tank the economy.
