Restlessness and a lack of fulfillment often point to a deeper truth. These feelings are signals, calling you to pay attention. Stop searching outside yourself for answers. Turn inward and embrace these feelings. They can lead you to your true nature and a deeper understanding of yourself.

The pressure to DO things can be immense. Our (western) society values doing over being. You should always be productive—at least during 'work' hours.

Stop engaging with your thoughts and watch them without doing ANYTHING with them.
When you notice your thoughts (and feelings) without engaging with them, EVERYTHING changes.
