Had the most magical time watching A Midsummer Night’s Dream at @bridgetheatre.bsky.social yesterday afternoon. The immersive experience was amazing; there is something so special about being right in the middle of all the action 🩷🧚‍♀️🩷

In the midst of the last week or so of teaching & marking, it was HEAVEN to escape last night to a wood near Athens, for Midsummer Night's Dream @bridgetheatre.bsky.social with English first years @stcatharines.bsky.social Sexy, funny, DREAMY (& a very good student group rate). Love on top indeed❤️

To the Bridge Theatre and #AMidsummerNightsDream @bridgetheatre.bsky.social last night - Nicholas Hytner's brilliant, amazing production. I don't think I have ever had so much fun at the theatre. The aerialists were superb and the promenade audience in the pit added a wonderful dimension.

Saw Richard II @bridgetheatre.bsky.social yesterday. Jonathan Bailey is breathtakingly good. Loved the nods to Succession (music, costume) - half expected Kieran Culkin to stride out on stage ☺️Congrats to all the cast (and behind the scenes people). Just brilliant.
