So if anyone else had the week I did, they probably had to talk folks down a ledge (figuratively). Here are 2 breathing techniques I use that are very helpful when someone has a panic attack: 4-7-8 breathing and modified earth breathing.

All three hives were buzzing about in the sun this afternoon.
It is nice to have a break from the bitter cold. I think a lot about how the bees survive the bitterness and cold. They cluster together, flap their wings to generate heat, and keep each other warm.
If the bees can do it, so can we.
