The bill to reopen the gov will enable the crucial work of the Library of Congress to continue, but we still need to secure funding for the Institute of Museum and Library Services as well as the National Archives.

If we're going to bridge the divide in our country, it seems like restoring the planet should be something we can all get behind. I know there are some areas which conservatives will balk at, like restrictions on industrial pollution; but other projects, like this one, might be a bonding place.
