The way this didn’t age well at all and only one of us is still employed in education now. (and it ain’t me.) 😭
this entire house is employed by the department of education. i’m confident in the state officials and the new leadership at my school - i don’t fear for my security. but i am sick thinking of all the educators in red states who didn’t vote for this.

Just felt the warm Texas air through the cracks of the ramp while getting off the plane in Dallas. This is 100% certain, no doubt in my mind: if I had to move back to the South and breathe that soup again I would kms, no hesitation.
