So after changing my ram sticks, my windows install seems to be slightly corrupted... I can still use it, but some of the UI seems broken...
I may have to reinstall windows. Waiting on my friend, who is preparing a custom debloated windows install

I ended up going to the hospital after monitoring my blood pressure and having it measure 110-1120/70-ish with slight rapid breathing + on-set nausea & dizziness at home.
The doctors & nurses did an ECG, X-Ray, & bloodwork.
