i've always admired mangaka who portray themselves as little guys, so i made my own #art
a lady with a ham for a head and a curly pig tail. she wears a stylish black beret that matches her shirt, and a yellow skirt that conceals her legs entirely. she has an unperturbed expression. a smaller, scrunkled version of the same character to pose as my icon for the unforeseeable future. her expression matches the energy of a nervous dog.

one of my favorite ask box reply comics, it's like 10 years old at this point but oooh i really nailed those colors at the end there
an orange jelly humanoid with a beret and sunglasses smears a magic paintbrush on the side of a living fast food restaurant. the restaurant flails its chimney tentacle, bemoaning that everything suddenly feels sticky the living restaurant is obscured by a big blue cloud labeled Aesthetic. when the cloud is gone, the restaurant has a vibrant new color scheme inside the restaurant, things are normal. some customers are ordering at the counter, while another is about to bite into a burger. a blue shimmering wave then washes over them all. the inside of the restaurant has been altered to resemble a colorful black light arcade instead. the customers who were ordering food before are now exchanging tickets for prizes as the employees ask what just happened. the customer who was biting into his burger is confused to find his mouth full of pizza instead.

when your future first girlfriend is a gremlin (affectionate)
an anthropomorphic cartoon dragon holds up a weird bio mechanical nodule to a cyborg goblin, apologetically asking about its purpose, as they removed it from the goblin's hardware while tending to would-be lethal injuries she sustained. she looks at the bauble in awe, implying its safe removal was a mix of skill and miracle. she is surprised she did not "curdle" but there is no indication what "curdle" means in this context the goblin asks how the dragon removed the bauble, and the dragon admits he doesn't know, as he was mostly winging it while working wither unfamiliar tech. she barely seems to care, as the device was implanted by her father to surveil her. she announces that without it, she is free to engage in rebellion. the dragon, pleasantly surprised, chimes in that they've been micro-dosing rebellion the cyborg goblin hops off the medical table and does a little dance, pumping her arms gleefully chanting "macro-dose! macro-dose!" as the dragon politely declines engaging in anything else wild today, having already performed impromptu surgery. the dragon states that the two will now make customary eye contact, which the dragon claims to have trained for, and then removes their goggles to reveal their big friendly eyes and warm smile. the goblin's expression is comically bewildered.
