Never underestimate the power of a rest day! Yesterday I was feeling burnt out, exhausted, and slightly ill. I decided to skip the gym (it was only a cardio day anyways) and this morning I feel 10x better. Listen to your body and don’t push yourself, you’ll thank yourself later. I know I am 😉
