Lately it feels like I'm spending several hours a day dealing with delivery management. My packages lost or delivered to wrong addresses, not there they are supposed to be. Filling forms etc. This system is completely broken at least in Germany.

I’m glad Bolt has gone to court against Estonian Data Authority’s demand to stop storing customer ratings by drivers. It’d create a precedent at scale that will hopefully emphasise that the collection of personal data has to be reasoned necessary to render the service.

As corporations consolidate, a lot of small and well functioning operations cease to exist. The recent examples of GCN+ and Eurosport make a good example. Established sports brands merged into all-in-one Discovery+ for what is essentially a corporate spreadsheet.
