BREAKING:

A federal judge DENIES Minnesota’s request to halt Operation Metro Surge.

Noting the 8th Circuit vacated her “much more circumscribed” injunction, Judge Menendez notes that one “halting the entire operation” wouldn’t fare better. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

This is unconscionable.

Kristi Noem's DHS standing by 'domestic terrorism' label for Alex Pretti.

I have to wonder if it's because they've officially entered him into the NSPM-7 system as such.

This explains the connection: www.justsecurity.org/129797/alex-...
FOX NEWS: Are you standing by calling Pretti a domestic terrorist?

McLAUGHLIN: Well, we'll let this investigation ...

Senator Paul is a very effective communicator about this: "Nobody with any objectivity believes" Alex Pretti was assaulting the officers.

Note: Noem's DHS (via Tricia McLaughlin) is still publicly asserting the opposite about Pretti (citing federal law on assaulting, using force against agents).
Rand Paul: "When people watch that video and the government tells them, 'Well, he was assaulting the police officers,' nobody with any objectivity believes that. No American believes he was assaulting the officers. In fact, the opposite appears to be true. So we have to get some rules of the game."

An extraordinary document. Read it.

“Attached to this order is an appendix that identifies 96 court orders that ICE has violated in 74 cases. … ICE has likely violated more court orders in January 2026 than some federal agencies have violated in their entire existence.”

We explain deep connections between senior administration officials' smearing Alex Pretti, Renee Good, and ICE protestors as "domestic terrorists" and how this fits into the draconian NSPM-7.

Important for more people to wake up to this.
