A knowledgeable neighbor told me when I reacted in surprise at the fact that this Chardonnay was actually delicious and not vacuous in the least.
She said this is a French Chardonnay, not Californian.
After letting it breathe (yes it’s a white) for 5 minutes, I had the same effect.
No egg fining.

She said this is a French Chardonnay, not Californian.
After letting it breathe (yes it’s a white) for 5 minutes, I had the same effect.
